In this workshop included  4 weeks of much important and useful  information . The first week talked about face-to-face communication and virtual meetings . The second week was about presentations . The third week about communicating via email and social communication . The fourth week about written documents and the use of tools over the Internet . The information was very much but it is enjoyable  . Topics were presented through videos and articles. Each week there are two short five-question questions that enhance understanding . In this way I became aware of all the topics presented in the workshop and I will apply what I learned in my studies and my future job .

Analysis of learning :

At the beginning of the first week I watched the video was about the experiences of businessmen in the ways of communication has been their experiences are different, each one prefer a way to communicate with customers . But I better communication via email because it is easy to use and unobtrusive . But there must be accuracy and focus before sending the email and be free of errors and language mistakes so as understand .

When Bethany King said she loved the agenda she like talked about me, I also liked the agenda and the best note of my observations and work in it because it organizes my time and work . As said “the daily agenda is the secret of your success ” by (John C.Maxwell).

I read in this workshop that you must understand the context of your communication so that you know what you want them to understand and do and this is a very important part of communication . Because I had a problem with me and contacted the company and explained my problem to the spokesman of the company but did not understand my problem, although it was easy, but he did not understand only when another speaker addressed me and solved the problem easily within minutes . So I think it is important to understand the context of your communications for successful communication. I did not know it was good to have terms or abbreviations for some words to make it easier to work among employees I think it was a successful idea and I liked it. But should be used with caution . I discovered that I have no term to use in my community . In the second week I learned that it was important to identify the most appropriate communication means for my purpose . I prefer to have face-to-face meetings because the language of the body is the greatest motivation in understanding the subject and grasping it . As said “the most important thing in communication is hearing what isn’t said” by (Peter Drucker) .

Meetings vary if they are within the scope of the work and are formal. But if a meeting of friends is an informal meeting . In my opinion , there is a common point for the types of meetings, which are to share ideas, opinions, information exchange, solutions, planning for innovation and decision-making . Meetings often succeed only successfully in the president’s skills in performing his role before and during the meeting . There are a lot of tasks mentioned in this article but in my opinion the most important is the time commitment And hear the comments and suggestions of others . There is also a kind of meeting, which is the preferred and comfortable type for most employees and managers, which is virtual meetings. They are held over the Internet through a computer . I’ve done it before in Blackboard with my teacher . In the third week I read about the presentations and it’s a very good way to communicate to them for gestures, facial expressions and tone of voice all these are called body language . Often in my studies I offer a presentation in front of my class and my teacher and then get the required grade. But the presentation at the school is different from the work . In order to be able to communicate the idea well, I have to think about my goal and context, then never plan and have the information brief and useful. The last step is the exercise . The exercise promotes self-confidence that can display the presentation beautifully . As said “The language of leadership is the art of communication ” by (James Humes).

Evaluation of learning  :

In this workshop I learned a lot of information and gained a lot of skills . The workshop was fairly long but very useful . I know forms of communication before but have deepened their knowledge more like: communicating via email, social networks, presentations and written documents . The workshop was not boring because it included videos, short-term tests and some discussions . I realized that the means of communication is important for the success of the company, there is no successful company without good means of communication . I did not expect the workshop to be so enthusiastic. It’s a good experience and I’ll repeat it .
